Arrived Friday and I thought at first it was a bill (so ignored it at first!).
It was in a brown envelope which had “Concerned about your local rubbish collections? In some countries ,rubbish is collected by children as young as three.”

Arrived yesterday. On the outside is a photo of a sweet looking kid called Tom. Underneath the plastic address window (tut-tut) is the question “Why can’t they treat my Tom decently”
