Arrived in the post today.
Inside was a letter explaining some of the long term complications associated with this disease and a direct debit form for membership to the charity.
There is a leaflet enclosed as well explaining what you would receive as a member.
If I had a member of my family suffering from diabetes then for the £23 it would cost me to become a member would be money well spent.
It gives you access to information and advice to maintaining a healthy lifestyle plus support and advice from people going through the same as you.
Nice simple straightforward letter . Here’s hoping they get the support they need.
