Action for street kids is an organisation which tries to provide “home” and “hope” to orphaned and abandoned children whose only home now is the street.  They exist across the world and this is yet another charity which steps in when the adults who should care do not.  The reply form gives the opportunity to volunteer as a fundraiser for example, but puzzles me by giving an address fairly local to me but a reply envelope addressed to the ubiquitous office in Ross on Wye, used by so many charities.
