I have a new surname courtesy of the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation (they do have the address right) who have sent 18 chances of winning a prize including a grand prize of £20,000. I am interested that what I would consider to be a second prize, because the first is entitled grand prize, is first prize. What is the point of all that?
