Just made a donation to Amanda’s charity challenge. Not particularly happy, but it will avoid some awkwardness at work.

One further irritation; the donation had to be made via a website that charges an admin fee equivalent to 5% of the total value of the gift and then adds a further transaction charge for use of a credit card. It all seems an expensive, rather grubby way of raising money.
